It has to happen and now has to be the time. Some weeks, I get really eager to clean, to have opportunity time to listen to a book - I can't listen and just sit, I have to do something manual, like cleaning, cooking, weeding, or paintingEmma at Words And Peace / France Book Tourshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09426924864218623976noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-85349925952947338352016-07-02T22:01:04.158-03:002016-07-02T22:01:04.158-03:00I would love to own a conventional planner too! I like that you can use it however it works for you. I make a to do list every day which I guess is kind of a bullet journal and it does help me get stuff done. Have a great July!Katherine Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12126062556416434416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-66520126865917438152016-07-01T16:42:33.292-03:002016-07-01T16:42:33.292-03:00I'm with Belle. I think we all have a time of year when our reading falters a little, and it can be hard, especially when we have goals we want to meet or we actually want to read something but nothing is really speaking out to you. It's tough. Reading slumps seem to be quite an individual thing, especially coming out of them, I find returning to a trusted favourite helps, or picking a book that is outside my reading comfort zone, but I know those don't always work for others. Good luck!

Five audiobooks in the one month - great going for audiobook month! I have no idea how others get through so many audiobooks a month... I think when my toddler is in school I'll probably be able to manage a bit more on the audiobook front. I prefer to read physical books, so by time he is in bed that's what I want to pick up, not my headphones.

Bullet journals are great for holding yourself accountable, and for creating a system tailored to your wants and needs. It sounds like you are pushing on through with your journal, despite not feeling your tasks at the moment - that's great!

I hate cleaning the bathroom too - my least favourite chore!

I hope you have a wonderful July!Reading with Jadehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00776146295033934487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-73279161149518795682016-07-01T12:43:38.228-03:002016-07-01T12:43:38.228-03:00Your list doesn't look very reading-slumpish t...Your list doesn't look very reading-slumpish to me!
