But you don't have to rush that fast, I have to wait to get the next book in the mail. :) And I will read other authors too, because that's what I do. :)Kailanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11136262232046813471noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-1157504463760791912006-09-05T22:01:00.000-03:002006-09-05T22:01:00.000-03:00It just occurred to me that I won't be able to rea...It just occurred to me that I won't be able to read your reviews of the rest of the Samaria series until I read the rest of the books myself (I like to read the books before reading reviews and opinions of others) since we won't be reading them in the same order. I better get my butt in action and read them asap! :)

And Goddess, I wouldn't say this book was overly religious, though it clearly uses the Bible as a platform. I'm not very religious myself, and I didn't feel like I was being preached to at all when I read Archangel, so I think you'd be fine reading this one. The dark/fallen Angel aspect of it doesn't occur until the last third of the book, but I expect there to be more in the rest of the series, so I'd say you might like it a lot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-1157484021126050072006-09-05T16:20:00.000-03:002006-09-05T16:20:00.000-03:00I had this trilogy on my Wish List for the longest...I had this trilogy on my Wish List for the longest, especially because I like fallen angel or bad-ass angels and you don't see many books like that around. However, what has kept me from reading them is that I am an atheist and I don't mind when religion is woven into plots but preachiness I cannot stand. Plus, I enjoy dark characters and I wondered if the author was, like, religious and this was too bland for me.

What do you think?Mailynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08268088979512386316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-1157472551630075832006-09-05T13:09:00.000-03:002006-09-05T13:09:00.000-03:00Thanks! I can't wait to read it but I have so many other books to get through first. Great review! :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
