I think that was the first fantasy book I read as a kid too and at the time wasn't crazy about it. But now as an adult, and after taking a fantasy and speculative literature class, I have come to appreciate the genre. I get many of my recommendations from your blog!Kirstenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17789738602297831459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-1163686370084488002006-11-16T10:12:00.000-04:002006-11-16T10:12:00.000-04:00I don't have time to re-read... too many on that I...I don't have time to re-read... too many on that I have on my TBR list.
But I do re-read the Narnia series every couple years.Angela/SciFiChickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03207325369810773405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-1163466891728172672006-11-13T21:14:00.000-04:002006-11-13T21:14:00.000-04:00Yay! I've read SCU, and have ITMIT in my tbr. You got me really thinking about that book. :P

You inspired me this past weekend too. When I'd pop in quickly to see what was going on over here, the "reread" must have got caught in my head because I reread two books this weekend. Thanks!

So has reading picked up for you over the weekend?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-1163452623132736772006-11-13T17:17:00.000-04:002006-11-13T17:17:00.000-04:00A Tree Grows in Brooklyn is a book I've reread and...A Tree Grows in Brooklyn is a book I've reread and reread. I've loved it since I was a little girl.

I pretty much already reread the books I truly love, ones that speak to me. But let's see, if I had the time, I think I would reread Swann's Way. Just because it's so rich and layered that I'm sure I missed a lot the first time around.LKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05445951627105831041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19926025.post-1163444041181152042006-11-13T14:54:00.000-04:002006-11-13T14:54:00.000-04:00I would love to re-read the Harry Potter series so...I would love to re-read the Harry Potter series so that I can read the newest one that came out (I haven't read it yet because I can barely remember what happened in the previous books).
