4. Empty Mansions by Bill Dedman - I have heard good things about this and can't wait to check it out.
5. Gold Diggers by Charlotte Gray - One of my favourite Canadian non-fiction authors.
6. Paris 1919 by Margaret MacMillan - I have been meaning to read this for ages!

And there are SO. MANY. MORE!
Top Ten Tuesday is hosted at The Broke and the Bookish.
I started the Bone Season last year and was really enjoying it, but had it out from the library and had to return it before I finished it. The holds list was about a mile long, so I'm still waiting to get it back. Empty Mansions has been sounding really good to me.
ReplyDeleteI'm curious about the Chris Hadfield book. I'm a big fan of his youtube videos from space.
ReplyDeleteOMG! How did I ever miss hearing about S?! That sounds awesome. I want that so bad. But it sounds like it's going to tricky to actually read.
ReplyDeleteHahaha, oh TBR lists. Aren't there always SO MANY MORE? :p
ReplyDeleteI discovered Mary Lawson a year ago and loved her. I kept one of her two books for later, I guess now that a third one is out I could read it.
ReplyDeleteI really liked The Girls of Atomic City and want to get my hands on Empty Mansions.
ReplyDeleteI finally broke down and bought a copy of Bone Season. It sounds like it will be really good!
ReplyDeleteThey all sound good to be honest. Which isn't necessarily good for my pocket book. That's what wish lists are for, right?
I don't even know if I could narrow my TBR list down to 10.
ReplyDeleteWhenever I see someone either reading or wanting to read The Bone Season, it makes me squeal with delight. I think you are going to LOVE it!!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to read S! J.J. Abrams is brilliant :-). Thanks for sharing this amazing list! You might also enjoy an exciting thriller that I just finished called, Chasing A Miracle, by Eliot Hartford Bailey - http://eliothbailey.com/ - I can see this one getting made into a film one day.
ReplyDeleteHe sure is, Audrey. I agree - love this list! I will check out your book as well. Sounds great!
