Slacker

You know, I have not wrote a review in like a month, more than a month! I actually have read books, I just have not posted about them. I must look and see what I should have posted about by now and post in the coming days. I do have to post about The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons, but I am reading Tatiana and Alexander, the sequel, right now, so I will likely just post about them together. Same goes with Poison Study, I am reading Magic Study right now. And, as I was very slack in reading a J.D. Robb novel or The Silver Rose by Susan Carroll, I read The Glass Castle with Marg from Reading Adventures, and I am supposed to start our buddy review of it later on today. I say later today because I had a late night last night, interruptions during the late night, and then I was still up relatively early. I have been up for an hour, up meaning moving about, and I still feel like I could sleep for another month.

My "Christmas" presents have started to arrive. I do not feel bad about them, because it is Christmas, people get presents that they like, it just so happens that I like books. This is not in any way breaking the In the Stacks Challenge rules... I have not bought really anything in a while. I must say I am proud of myself.

I also have to add, there are too many challenges next year all ready that I want to join in. I have plenty of Chunksters lying around, I do not really nearly enough classics, and the TBR challenge would do wonders for some of the books lying around my house. I just do not know if I can do all three. I would love to do all three.... So, I am going to formulate my own way of doing it. I will choose 12 books for the TBR challenge. In the months that I am a bit slacker with reading (February for example), I will just make the book something that can count as either a chunkster or a classic. And, I am going to choose 12 Classics and 12 Chunksters, but I only am challenging myself to read 6 of each. So, today, I am going to make up my list and post my choices for all three challenges. So, tune in later to see what I decided on.

Oh, my "Christmas" gifts that have arrived:

The Night Watch by Sarah Waters
Sharpe's Tiger by Bernard Cornwell
The Winter Rose by Jennifer Donnelly

I am so sorry, but I turned anonymous commenting off. I have had it from the very beginning, but that is how the spam is getting by my spam filter at the moment. If it is a big deal I will turn it back on and moderate all comments. I also changed moderation from older than 14 days to older than 7.
