An Interlude

I should be posting my answers to the The Way of Kings read-along, but after a busy weekend I am just not feeling inspired. I will answer them tomorrow, though. In the meantime, here are some pictures from the weekend.

  4. Beautiful! It would be hard to come back to writing after spending a weekend looking at those views :)

  6. Lovely pictures! I especially like the third one.

It's somewhat appropriate that you've placed an interlude between read-along responses, what with the way the book is structured. :)

  8. Beautiful pictures. Is that where the ashes were scattered? It looks like a lovely final resting place. I hope you're all rested up and everything is going okay.

  9. Thanks everyone!

And, Heather, unfortunately not. My camera battery died by the time that came around...

  10. Lovely interlude! It reminds me of the scenery around the state park that we camp at every autumn. In fact your post inspired me to get off my butt and make reservations for this year. And so over the weekend of Nov. 18th we'll be camping in a cabin, roasting marshmallows over an open fire and playing games together as a family.
