A Very Bookish Year ~ 2015 Releases I am Looking Forward To!

Hopefully this is all I want in 2015 because this list is insane... And, what is up with March. Did the publishers get together and decide everything should come out then? I am going to have to tweak my list this year because I generally do pre-orders and I can't order like 15 books in one month. (It is actually only 7, but it just seems like a lot...)
Ms. Marvel Volume 2: Generation Why
I read Volume 1 of this yesterday and it is AWESOME! Seriously, if you haven't checked this series out yet, you must!!
March 24, 2015

Black Dove, White Raven
I still have to read Rose Under Fire, but still really want this!

I haven't actually started this series yet, but I just keep hoping I will love it. With all the other March releases, though, I am not sure when I will actually get a copy...

Dead Heat
Yay! Not Mercy, but this series is good, too. It just means no Mercy this year. :(

A new Susanna Kearsley. Always exciting!

Fables Volume 21
I am pretty sure this is the last trade... I may cry...
May 5, 2015

Fairest Volume 5

The Unwritten Volume 11: Apocalypse
One of my goals for January is to catch-up in this series. I decided to reread because I can't entirely remember where I left off and I got Volume 9 and 10 for Christmas.

There is also a Bess Crawford book out on May 5, 2015, An Unwilling Accomplice, but there was no cover at all for it.

  1. Looks like 2015 is going to be a really good year in terms of new releases! I need to catch up on The Unwritten too. And Fables, as well. I'm reading Ms Marvel right now, and want to start on Captain Marvel.

    1. It is an overwhelming list! I will have to tweak and there is probably something I am missing! Captain Marvel hasn't arrived yet or I probably would have read it next... haha.

  2. I have a shelf of graphic novels I've neglected long enough. Your mention of Ms. Marvel has motivated me. :-) I am not sure what books are coming out this year I want to read. Anne Bishop's sounds good. It's been years since I read something by her.

I hope you have a Happy New Year, Kelly!

I'm super excited for Hold Me Closer, and the cover for Fairest is gorgeous! February is the big month for me - 13 books (so not happening. I wish though), and they are all being published on the 3rd, 10th or 24th. Yikes!

  7. So you know that I am excited at the thought of a new Kearsley. I have just had to check and confir that I missed the second Others novel by Anne Bishop. Loved the first one!!

A couple of books behind on the Flavia de Luce series. Must catch up. And still haven't read Landline by Rainbow Rowell.

So many books still to read!

    1. I have to check but I think I am caught up with that one, too, since there was no new book by her in 2014 that was part of that series...

  10. I am so excited for the Shadow Scale, and Uprooted looks so good! It's good to be excited about upcoming new books, isn't it? Have fun reading in 2015, Kelly. I have so many books to catch up on, including the Anne Bishop series (I have Written in Red on my shelf), Jacqueline Winspear, and to read any Rainbow Rowell!
