30 Days of Books ~ Day 7

Day 7 ~ Most Underrated Book

I loved this book when I read it like exactly 10 years ago... It is a retelling of The Phantom of the Opera and essentially tells the story of the man that would become the Phantom. I thought it was a wonderful retelling when I first read it and don't even hate my review too much, so you can read it if you want. I knew a couple other people that read it before I read it, but I can't remember the last time I have come across this book and that is really a shame! Published in 1990, it just has fallen off the radar of readers and here is your friendly reminder that it exists! You should read it and I am going to add it to my reread potentials for this year.

  1. I know I bought this but I'm not sure I read it. I am a sucker for Phantom retellings!

  3. I love The Phantom of the Opera. Well, the play at least, lol. I've never read the original book. Maybe I should and then pick this one up afterward.
