May in Review

What I Learned

Time flies when you are having fun... I find 2016 just flying by and I am not accomplishing as much as I would like. It is like you have all these goals and no time... I read other blogs and I am jealous of their time management. It is just not something I seem to be able to get a grasp of... And, even with a cleaning schedule, I know my house could be cleaner. It is just a never ending list of things that should be done and not enough time to do it in...

  1. Girl, any house could be cleaner. As long as it's livable I would focus more on doing what I want.

    1. This. I decided a long time ago that I could either have a spotless apartment or have time to do things I enjoy. I chose the latter.

  2. Amen yo what Tasha said. Well, technically I'm so anal about having my house cleaned and as much as I hate cleaning it, I know I'll feel better when it's clean.

  3. I've also read he Raven Boys last month (audio) and have just started Dream Thieves. What did you think about Rat Queens - Volume 3? I've heard very disappointing reviews. Not good, especially with the drama going on with the authors.

  4. I love it when my house is clean, but gradually, I fail at keeping it that way. Books seem to get in the way, and I'd rather read.

  5. A house could always be cleaner so don't worry too much about it. As long as you keep it at a level that makes you happy then that's good enough. It's so easy to get overwhelmed by all the projects and tasks that need to be done but can never really be completed. It looks like you've gotten some good reading done. I really want to try Terry Pratchett and I will read The Raven Boys this year if it kills me!

  6. You remind me of all the other books, in another genre, that I know nothing about! Isn't it fascinating to see what we all are reading and loving?!
