What I Learned
February is usually my least favourite month of the year, so I decided to, well, hide behind books and other things. I was hoping to make things a bit better for myself. And, it kind of worked. I was a bit better this month and even read more than I feel I have for previous February's. Hopefully the reading year will continue to be a good thing. I have so much that I want to read!

So many people seem to hate February. It's probably my favorite month. Doesn't hurt having a birthday then, or does it hurt to love winter and snow and cold as much as I do. And the addition of comics month starting last year has made it even more beloved. Anyway, Kelly, I'm glad that immersing yourself in the things you love helped get you through the month! And as usual, you made the most of your month--I will never fail to be awed by the amount of reading you get done! :) Here's to a Happy March!!!
ReplyDeleteYou had a great month! I feel the same way as you, there's so much that I want to read, I hope everything goes well so I can. Keeping my fingers crossed that March is another good month for you.
ReplyDeleteYou had an outstanding month for books -- congratulations.
ReplyDeleteIt seems you had a successful month - congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI didn't realise that Barbara Rosenblat narrated The Splendour Falls. Makes me want to get the audiobook straight away!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had a really great month of reading in February! Here is to hoping that March goes just as well for you :) I see a lot of books from my own TBR list that you read this month!
ReplyDeleteSeeing you and Susan - I think? - talking about What Makes This Book So Great, I definitely have to read it! I have read some of her stuff on the Tor site already, but it's obviously going to be a book to go back to again and again.
ReplyDeleteAnd heavens, didn't you read a lot of books in the shortest month!
Looks like you are doing great with your goals! My February was pretty good but I'm hoping March will be even better! here's hoping we both find great books to read!
ReplyDeleteI just ordered Find Momo. It will be a gift for my granddaughter. I'm still reading What Makes This Book So Great. I keep forgetting about it when I pick up a new novel. My list of books from Walton's essays keeps growing!
